In the 2023 Johan Cruyff Shield, Dutch champions, Feyenoord will face runners-up and KNVB Cup winners PSV.

Goals normally flow when these two Dutch giants collide, so both teams to score is the outstanding decision for my major bet.

Both teams have good attackers to score for them.

Both teams to score has been a successful bet in nine of the last ten meetings between these teams, with both teams scoring at least twice in the last three.

Feyenoord scored in five of their six pre-season games, and this game is being played at their De Kuip stadium in Rotterdam, where they have scored in 14 of their 15 competitive games this season.

Conclusion.

PSV will aim to make a statement against the Dutch champions by attacking them, but Feyenoord has a clear lead and can finish the job in 90 minutes.

Santiago Tomas Gimenez of Feyenoord scored 15 goals in 34 league games last season and was on target in their most recent friendly against Benfica, so he appears to be a goal threat at any time.

Predictions.

My first choice prediction is for both teams to score @1.58 odd. However, my second choice which has bigger odd is a combination of both teams to score and over 2.5 goals @1.98
