Bayern Munich vs. Viktoria Plzen
Bayern Munich is anticipated to perform brilliantly, especially in front of their fans and to prepare for a crucial league match on Saturday.
Viktoria Plzen on the other hand will want to perform well in this match, but they are aware that they are unlikely to leave Munich with anything to show for their efforts.
Bayern Munich should win with ease and over 3.5 goals is on the card
Marseille vs. Sporting Lisbon
Marseille appear to have adopted Tudor’s concept, but it appears that this competition is becoming a psychological barrier for them as there are many excellent players on this team who did not perform to their full capacity in the Champions League.
Sporting, on the other hand, have been significantly more consistent in Europe this season than they were in Portugal, and we feel that their composure and finesse will allow them to keep their perfect record in the competition this season.
However, it’s unclear to me on who is going to win this match so I will be going with over 1.5 goals because I foresee at least 2 goals coming on board.
Ajax vs. Napoli – predictions
We anticipate both teams to create a lot of scoring opportunities and play an open game in what will be a closely contested match in Amsterdam, which could make them vulnerable to counterattacks.
Napoli’s superiority in the final third, however, will enable them to break down the Ajax defense. In the end, both teams attacking arsenal will be too hot for them to handle.
I am again not sure of who will win but I see goals being produced in this encounter. Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals is my pick.
Club Brugge vs. Atletico Madrid – tips
In this year’s competition, Club Brugge appears to be quite strong, but Atletico Madrid is always a threat when they need a win.
A low-scoring tie seems inevitable given that Atletico are expected to annoy their hosts by playing on the counter to resist the host who will want to make use of home advantage.
Atletico Madrid have a way of sealing their defense line so I will bet on them not to lose and not more than 3 goals to be scored
