Friday football is here again and as usual, top European clubs will be participating in today’s matches. Sevilla will welcome Real Valladolid today at Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán stadium, their home ground, and hope to turn things around after the disappointing start of the new season. Sevilla started the new La Liga season with a disappointing loss to Osasuna. They were initially thrashed by Arsenal 6-0 during the Emirate cup competition and went ahead to loose to Osasuna. uestions ha been raised about their performance so far. However, they will keep that defeat behind them and hope to bounce back to glory. Their striker Isco and defender Marcao are not likely to play because of inury.

Real Valladolid on the other hand also had there own share of a humiliating defeat. They were beaten by Villareal in their opening game by 3-0 scoreline. They now travel to the Sevillan side and hope for a fair outcome. Unfortunately for them, their top striker Shon Weissman is inured and will to play.

Between this two teams, Sevilla has been the dominant side as they have won 3 of their last 6 meetings. Perhaps, their last victory against their guest was in November 2019 with a slim win of 1-0. It is also interesting to note that the last 3 meetings between this two teams have all ended in draws. Furthermore, history have shown that both teams plays a conservative football and end up producing a low scoring goals in their past encounters.

I foresee Sevilla winning here one more time to continue their league on a positive note. It will be a difficult encounter but I think he home team should be able to squeeze in one or two goals.

2. Borrusia Monchengladbach vs Hertha Berlin

Borrusia Monchengladbach have put up a decent performance recently as they have thrashed a lowly rated Oberachern in a whooping 9-1 scoreline in the German DFB Porkal. Thereafter, they went ahead to beat Hoffeinham in a 3-1 thriller before drawing to Shalke 04 in a 2-2 scoreline away from home. The will definitely strive to win this one after that unexpected draw against Shalke 04.

Hertha Berlin on the other hand are still struggling to find their feet. They have not won any math since the season kik off. Tehey lost to Union Berlin and drew to Eintracht Frankfurt. Today, they will have a bigger mountain to climb in Monchengladbach.

The last time both teas met was in 12th March 2022 at Stadion im Borrusia-Park in which the home team beat them by 2-0. Again, Monchengladbach have won there last 3 home matches. I am tipping them to win again today. However, their last 3 home matches and Hertha Berlin’s last 2 away matches have allproduced over 2.5 goals. Because of this fact, Monchengladbach to win and over 2.5 goals to come on board @2.07 is also a goot bet.
