UEFA Nations League Competitions; A Thriller For Soccer Punters

UEFA Nations League is back and various European countries are participating in it. This international break is a golden opportunity for these countries to prepare their teams for the upcoming world cup competitions.
However, UEFA Nations League is a prestigious tournament and so no participating country will rest a key player that is fit.

Expect a thrilling match as the players will do their best to impress their coaches to be selected for the world cup competition.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland vs Ukraine 🇺🇦

Both teams can find the back of the net

The domestically based Ukrainian players were invited to face Scotland and are very fit and prepared to impose their style of play on a Scotland team that has faltered a little over the previous year, having benefited from the restoration of some relative “consistency and positivity.” Furthermore, Scotland’s captain, Andy Robertson of Liverpool will miss this match due to injury while Arsenal’s Kieran Tierney made it to the list

The visitors will aim to win and go away with a maximum number of points, keeping themselves on track for promotion back to the top division of the Nations League. Unfortunately, Arsenal’s Oleksandr Zinchenko just had a calf injury in training and will feature for Ukraine.

However, both teams are capable of scoring themselves while trying to win this match.
I am not quite sure who among these two teams will come out on top but I am predicting that both teams should score goals here as my first choice of prediction. In addition, to make it more valuable, I will pick a combination of both teams to score and over 2.5 goals to come on board.

1. 🇱🇻 Latvia vs Moldova 🇲🇩

Latvians are expected to come out on top

I anticipate a few goals in Riga stadium on Thursday since both Latvia and Moldova have capable strikers to depend on in the likes of Vladislav Gutkovskis and Ion Nicolaescu, respectively.

However, the hosts come into this game in much better shape and have the advantage of being able to frustrate their guests, so I can see them eventually finishing off their guests tonight. A home win is my pick.

2. 🇹🇷 Turkey vs Luxembourg 🇱🇺

Turkey set to demolish Luxembourg

Turkey has won their last four UEFA Nations League matches and will hope to make this one their fifth victory. Salih Ozcan who is a midfielder for Borussia Dortmund had an injured foot and was not selected.

Turkey should have too much talent for their opponents, even with a few midfielders out due to injury.

Although Luxembourg has made significant progress recently, they still struggle with quality in some areas, thus the hosts will be driven to win and keep their perfect record and earn promotion to UEFA Nations League B.

3. 🇫🇷 France vs Austria 🇦🇹

France could still win despite their injury problems

France coach Deschamps can still draw from a wealth of talented players even though many of the top players are out due to injury. These players already have plenty of incentive to perform well because World Cup spots are on the line. The likes of Paul Pogba, PSG’s Presnel Kimpembe, Anthony Martial, Kareem Benzene, N’Golo Kante, and Adrien Rabiot are out due to injury.

Due to the absence of Kalajdzic and the fact that Austria is also without a number of seasoned international players, I believe that Les Bleus will make up for the summer’s mistakes and increase their chances of making the playoffs with a convincing victory. A narrow win for France is my pick.

4. 🇵🇱 Poland vs Netherlands 🇳🇱

Both teams have the capacity to score goals

Three months ago, when they last faced off, both teams caused issues for one another, and Thursday is likely to be another hotly contested match for both of them.

Lewandowski will give Poland their best shot, but I foresee a narrow victory for the Netherlands, which might be enough to guarantee their spot in the Nations League semi-finals if Belgium fails to defeat Wales. Well, I am not too confident about this outcome so I will pick both teams to score.
