Bet of the day.
England vs Wales.
My Predictions.
My sure bet is a straight win for England @1.27 odd while my value bet is for England to win with a -1 handicap @1.76 odd.
Why I chose this match.
England’s head coach, Thomas Tuchel took a risky move to cut a few well-known players from his most recent England squad and this may pay off in what might be a close match against Wales.
The Three Lions of England preserved their undefeated start to the World Cup qualifying season with a 5-0 thumping of Serbia last month yet, goals have not been coming easily under the German manager.
England will play without “Player of the Year” Jude Bellingham as well as Phil Foden and Jack Grealish who have all been omitted from Tuchel’s list.
Wales head coach, Craig Bellamy promised Wales supporters that “his team is going to get stronger” after Gareth Bale decided to end his illustrious international career.
Since taking over in July 2024, Bellamy has helped the Dragons move up from 45th to 30th in the FIFA World Rankings which is an improvement but lost to Canada in September by 1-0, which is their second loss in three games.
Bellamy has invited Cardiff City duo Isaak Davies and Rubin Colwill to his list as well as Wrexham striker Kieffer Moore who is in form at the moment.
The last eight England managers have all won their first encounters with a neighborhood country (apart from those who have never faced one).
However, with the abundance of talent still available to Tuchel, he will be confident of becoming the ninth manager of whichever squad he chooses against Wales and he is certain of coming out victorious.
