Galatasaray vs Trabzonspor.
My Predictions.
My sure bet is a straight win for Galatasaray @1.40 while my value odd prediction is a combination of Galatasaray win and over 2.5 goals @1.65 odd.
Why I chose this match.
Last time out, Galatasaray defeated Sivasspor 3-2. They used ten players for nearly the whole game, and this was an impressive effort. Then, in the Europea League match, they held Malmö to a 2-2 draw away from home.
Gala’s head coach, Buruk will still be able to present a very potent attacking lineup who can score goals even though they are without a number of key players.
Mauro Icardi won’t be able to play for Galatasaray until next season due to a cruciate ligament damage,. The attack will be led by Michy Batshuayi because Victor Osimhen is also injured.
On the other hand, Trabzonspor was held to a 2-2 draw by Kasimpasa in their last match. Their coach, Gunes is struggling to solve his team’s defensive issues, and things are not going well for him here.
However, Binza who is their top striker has been putting up excellent performances recently and considering Gala’s lack of important defenders, Trabzonspor will probably score here as well against Galatasaray.
John Lundstram will fill in for Okay Yokuslu, who is injured. in addition, Hüseyin Turkmen and Stefan Savic have sustained yet another muscle ailment so they won’t be available for Trabzonspor.
Galatasaray may miss some scoring opportunities, but they will also generate a lot of chances against Trabzons’ weak defense.
Moreover, they have won 30 of their last 33 matches in Turkish super league which is quite impressive so I expect them to win this one to continue staying at the top of the league table.
