My Predictions.
My first choice pick is a straight win for Manchester City @1.39 while my value odd prediction is a combination of Manchester City win and over 1.5 goals @1.60
Why I chose this match.
Man City are so desperate to get back to winning ways.
With Sunday’s loss to Liverpool at Anfield, Manchester City’s poor play continued. The team led by Pep Guardiola have now played seven straight games in all competitions without a win.
Unfortunately, this is the first time this kind of result is coming up in Pep Guardiola’s coaching career and it now looks like they are no longer in the race for the title challenge.
Rodri, Mateo Kovacic, and Oscar Bobb will not be available due to injuries, but the likes of Savinho, Jeremy Doku, and Kevin De Bruyne should be brought back into the starting lineup.
On the other hand, Nottingham Forest will have a very big task against the frustrated Premier league defending champions, but they hope to build on their hard-fought 1-0 victory against Ipswich Town in their last match.
After 13 games, these two teams are separated by just one point, something that Forest fans probably would not have imagined at the start of the season.
Due to injury, Ibrahim Sangare and Danilo are both out of the visiting team’s lineup.
I think it’s time for Pep Guardiola’s team to get back to winning ways, especially now that some key players like Kevin De Bruyne and Jeremy Doku are back to the squad.
Moreover, Nottingham Forest have lost four straight games at Etihad in their previous Premier league contest and I think they will loose again today against a desperate City side.
