My Predictions.
My sure bet is a straight win for Turkey @1.24 odd while my value bet is a combination of Turkey win and over 2.5 goals @1.77 odds.
Why I chose this match.
When North Macedonia visits Istanbul for this international friendly, Turkey will try to maintain their recent stellar performances. I forecast a possible 3-1 victory at home because North Macedonia does not appear to be playing at their best right now.
Following consecutive victories over Romania and Kosovo, the Turks are very confident going into this match. With an outstanding 2.20 points per game overall and an average of 2.1 goals per game, the home team have won seven of their previous 10 games across all competitions. In addition, they still have a lot of firepower up front.
Real Madrid star Arda Guler and Juventus youngster Kenan Yildiz are anticipated to play important attacking roles for Turkey but Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu is sidelined due to injury.
