My Predictions.
Mt best bet for this match is a straight win for PSG @1.36 odd while my value odd prediction is a combination of PSG win and over 2.5 @1.72 odd.
The reason for chosing this match.
PSG are in a must win situation right now after having poor results in this competition and and they will deploy their best team and tactics to win in order to keep their hope of progressing to the next stage alive.
They will try to get back to winning ways tonight after squandering two points in their last match against Auxerre in French Ligue 1.
Even though they away team have not win their last three games across all competitions, they are still the clear favorites to defeat Salzburg at Red Bull Arena.
Lucas Hernandez is still out due to a knee injury, while Ousmane Dembele is suspended and will miss the game. Randal Kolo Muani will rejoin the starting lineup.
On the other hand, Salzburg have not also been on their best this season which is why they have been struggling to get decent results in their games.
Although they have recently shown indications of improvement, I don’t think they have enough capacity to cause problem for the desperate PSG side.
Unfortunately for the home team, five of their key players are still sidelined due to injuries.
PSG will be icrhing for revenge after Salzburg upset them 2-0 in their most recent meeting in this competition.
Moreover, Salzburg’s defense in the Champions League this season have been very poor as they have lost four of their last five Champions league matches and I am tipping them to loose this one as well.
